Through our consciously curated classes- Embodied movement, Yoga, Pilates, Somatic practices, sound, breathwork, and group coaching, we create the conditions for:

  • expressing what has been suppressed, muted, or dormant
  • feeling more alive, grounded, and empowered in your body

Yogalates-X

Unleash your body's true power with Yogalates-X, an invigorating mind-body-spirit practice that doesn't hold back. Thoughtfully designed by Lâma Nasser, this energizing method fuses the core-firing strength of Pilates, the functional power of targeted training, and the dynamic flexibility of Yoga—all synchronized with intentional breath to amplify your results.

Through mindfulness techniques paired with challenging movement sequences, this method awakens your body awareness while pushing you (safely but decisively) toward your fullest physical and mental potential. Each session is a fresh challenge that respects your limits while encouraging you to expand them.

Using your body weight as resistance or incorporating props like foam rollers and weighted balls, this practice delivers consistent results through varied stimulation. Your muscles will be engaged in new ways each time, preventing plateaus and keeping both mind and body alert.

You'll walk away with more than just a workout—expect a stronger, more toned physique, improved mental resilience, and the centered calm that comes from truly inhabiting your power. This is fitness with purpose, movement with meaning.

Yoga XL

Enter the sanctuary of our Yoga XL experience—a nurturing 90-minute journey carefully woven through eight sacred stages. Beginning with gentle meditation, we create space for whatever needs to surface. Your body then softens through yin poses and facial release, allowing tension to melt away like snow in sunshine.

As your energy awakens, we flow into more expansive vinyasa movements that kindle your inner fire and strengthen your core essence. Standing poses follow, rooting you deeply into your power while the peak pose invites you to explore your edge—that beautiful threshold where growth happens.

The journey then guides you back to center through seated poses that deepen your practice, followed by restful supine sequences that allow integration. Finally, we close with grounding poses and the sacred stillness of Savasana, where transformation settles into your being.

The number 8 in our sequence whispers ancient wisdom: that patience through challenge brings renewal. Throughout this complete circle of practice, you'll find yourself both challenged and held, energized and calmed. Each precise movement and mindful flow builds not just physical strength and mobility, but creates space for whatever needs moving through you—stress, anxiety, and stagnant energy all finding release, making way for clarity and peace to emerge.

Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, deeply nourishing practice designed to support rest, relaxation, and nervous system regulation. Rather than focusing on physical effort or stretching, this practice emphasizes stillness, comfort, and allowing the body to fully let go.

Each session begins with gentle movement to help the body arrive, followed by long-held, fully supported restorative postures- with props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks- so the body can rest without strain. Poses are held for several minutes, giving the nervous system time to settle and the mind space to soften into stillness.

Live sound is weaved through with the harmonium and Sanskrit mantra, vibrations that calm the mind, soften the body, and support the nervous system’s natural return to rest.

We close with an optional accessible Kirtan- simple collective chanting that invites connection to the voice, the heart, and a shared field of sound.

No experience needed- listening is just as welcome. Restorative Yoga & Healing Sound offers a holistic experience that invites deep rest, supports physical relaxation, emotional balance, and present-moment awareness.
