Most of us go through life living from the head up, as if we're decapitated, and our body's moving like on autopilot.

This disconnect isn't just uncomfortable—it's undermining your presence, vision, and sustainable wellbeing. It's why you feel productive on the outside but hollow on the inside.

We're constantly surrounded by so much information through work, emails, social media, just having a smartphone. Our brain is switched ON ALL THE TIME. No wonder the majority of us are routinely stressed, overwhelmed, and fatigued. This leads to disorders, anxiety, panic attacks and more.

OUR STORY

Lâma was the wellness expert who couldn't stay well.

For 20 years, everyone associated "Lâma" with health and fitness. Yet behind this image, she was struggling, chronically fatigued, overwhelmed, and quietly battling depression. Blood tests and antibiotics became routine companions.

Muffled beneath the noise of everyone else's needs, Lâma couldn't hear her own body's pleas. The turning point came when she finally started paying attention to what was beyond the limitations of her mind, the quiet intelligence of her body.

Once she began to understand and experience the power of this mind-body connection, she rarely got sick anymore. She began tapping into intuition, inspiration, and creativity like never before.

This journey from disconnection to embodiment didn't just heal her, it became her obsession to understand and systematize for others. She created THE SPACE not as another wellness studio, but as the sanctuary she wished she'd had during her own journey.

About us

I was the wellness expert who couldn't stay well.

For 20 years, everyone who knew me associated "Lâma" with health and fitness. I taught pilates, yoga, and fitness while accumulating certifications in nutrition, movement, and wellness.

Yet behind this image, I was struggling. Chronically fatigued. Overwhelmed. Quietly battling depression. Blood tests became routine. Antibiotics were constant companions.

The Wakeup Call

Muffled beneath the noise of everyone else's needs, I couldn't hear my own body's pleas. 

I had become so accustomed to putting others first that I couldn't recognize the wisdom of what she has been trying to say.

Despite all my technical knowledge, the true breakthrough came when I finally started paying attention to what was beyond the limitations of my mind, the quiet intelligence of my body. Once I began to understand and experience the power of this mind-body connection, I rarely got that sick anymore.

I began tapping into intuition, inspiration, and creativity like never before. This wasn't just physical healing, it fundamentally transformed how I navigated my body, my life, and all its challenges.

From Personal Transformation to Methodology

This journey from disconnection to embodiment didn't just heal me, it became my obsession to understand and systematize for others.

I've since dedicated my professional life to studying stress, trauma, and the connection between mind, body, and spirit. As a certified IPEC Core Energy Coach, Mindfulness Meditation Trainer, and creator of the Yogalates-X method, I've guided hundreds of professionals—from doctors and lawyers to executives and creatives, through their own reconnection journey.

The common thread in all their stories?

When they reclaimed the wisdom of their bodies, they not only resolved physical symptoms but transformed their decision-making, relationships, and leadership presence.

My Approach

I don't follow conventional wellness paths or spiritual trends. Instead, I constantly study the latest research and methods from the most respected experts in the field of mind, body, and soul connection and bring their tools and insights together into my own methods grounded in both neuroscience and somatic practice, uniting science and intuitive wisdom.

Working with me isn't about temporary relief. It's about fundamental transformation that builds the foundation for sustainable work and life success and personal fulfillment.

Whether through group movement classes, one-on-one coaching, or specialized workshops and retreats, my mission remains constant: guiding you from disconnection to embodied wisdom that transforms not just how you feel, but how you lead.

I created THE SPACE not as another wellness studio, but as the heartfelt sanctuary I wish I'd had during my own journey, where people can gently reconnect with their most powerful source of wisdom: their own embodied intelligence, in a nurturing environment that honors every step of their unique path.
